Measures approximately 11.75in x 9.5in and 3in thick. It weighs over 9lbs Has some wear and aging. Biding is in good condition. It does have a line down the spine. Some of the pages in the front and in other spots are getting frayed / torn. There are some family history pages that are completed. Two family history pages are taped. Otherwise, pages appear clean. Gold guilding on page edges is faded and has some scratches. Cover appears to be leather but isn't marked as such. Ships in a box by USPS Media Mail.
