Items received is perfect condition; I love the bowls, but bowls had no separation inside shipping box from bowls to box inside wall, except three wraps of thin bubble rap, so I was lucky to receive in perfect condition. USPS is hard on parcels. I recommend all parcels, with fragile content, to double box, inner and outer, with at least 1 inch separations, or at least an inch of thick bubble wrap. Do not have any fragile product touching box wall. This will keep this vendors 100% rating.
