Arrived in good condition & well packed. Seller very easy to work with & I will do business with hom again. Ornament is beautiful. Only "negative," ornament was misnamed. The name of each Ne'Qwa Art ornanment is on the bottom of the box. Sellers need to correctly identify each ornament by it's correct name. Fortunately, I didn't already have this one. Price was extremely reasonable. Shipping cost was more than I expected, but less than others. Correct name is: "Christmas Time Is Here."
