Recollections by John Morley, Vicsount Published by Macmillan (1917) - Hardcover, no Dustjacket, as issued 1st Edition, 2nd Printing Dark Green leather boards, with gold gilt titles and five raised bands on spine. Sewn in green satin bookmarks. Gold gilt top pages edges. Books are in very good condition, with some wear to the covers, especially the corners, edges and spine. Spine is faded to dark brown. In Vol 1 the satin bookmark has come loose and broken in two, but is still included, in Vol 2 it has come loose but is still in one piece and included. A couple of interesting items related to these books; Both have marks indicating G.P. Putnam Sons on bottom inside front cover, and both have marks indicating The Knickerbocker Press on inside back cover.
