Items arrived safely; seller packed them pretty well. Seller offered a reduced price to entice the sale, which we appreciated. Items are in good condition and unlike any other le Creuset we've ever seen--interior is beautifully smooth enamel, while exterior is a "rough", almost matte-like enamel. Not a defect, that's how they were made, but a bit of a surprise. Thank you, seller!

Shipping was fast and the tripod was packaged beautifully. The item was as described - used for sure, but absolutely not abused. Would have loved a Manfrotto case, but at the same time, I’ve lost pretty much all of them anyway. I’m not at all sad about the value, for a medium end, heavier, but certainly packable, stable Manfrotto/Bogen tripod. A+! Would do business again!
