The figurine came in the condition as shown in the picture and was shipped well and on time. There was an issue with the product having a lingering smell of smoke (not mentioned in description) that couldn t be removed by any soap, but the seller was genuinely unaware of the issue and missed it when reselling the product. After contacting them, they were able to quickly make things right with a refund. I d trust the seller again, and recommend any buyers with issues reach out to them first.
