COVER MEASUREMENTS: 9.5" H x 6.5" W x 1.5" T ITEM CONDITION NOTES: The text is clean and unmarked including blank/unused presentation and family record pages. The binding is tight and square. The cover has some light wear at the bottom of the spine and front cover. There no splits, chips, cracks or tears. NOTED DEFECT: The original owner's name was imprinted on the front cover in gold.
