I’m leaving positive feedback because this seller promptly fixed a disappointing situation & was wonderful to deal with. I understand not realizing that vintage hat boxes are delicate. The box it was shipped in wasn’t damaged, the hatbox inside was obliterated. Mom4kidds apologized, immediately gave me a complete refund & will probably be even more careful with packaging in the future. Bottom line, I would shop with this seller again and completely trust them to do the right thing. Thank you!
