The puzzle was wrapped in bubble wrap and then placed in a sturdy, plastic shipping bag. The seller has good communication, ships quickly and the puzzle arrived in excellent condition. I did have one surprise. I had not purchased on ebay for a very long time and was unaware that my country had new import fees that, in the case of this puzzle, amounted to almost 50% of the purchase price and was due on delivery. . .
