Due to rising costs by the USPS, all domestic and international shipping costs are calculated for weight and size and weight by USPS / E-Bay for exact postal fees. Items arrived in specified time frame and as described. However, the insert for Dynamite Kid is the insert for a different figure. I didn't notice it in the pictures before buying but the right arm of Dynamite Kid does not properly fit into the vacuum formed inner packaging.
