The binding is weakend as the hinge is cracking at Pages 14 and 15. Previous owners' names are present. The presentation pages and family record pages have been written in. The page edges are toned with heavy foxing. A few pages have a few small clothed tears along the edge that have been repaired with tape. There are a couple small damp stains along the pages.
