Shoes arrived exactly as described — very clean and just like the photos. Unfortunately, the sole had age-related wear that wasn’t visible, which caused the heels to cave in. But the seller was incredibly kind, responsive, and immediately offered a refund. Truly above-and-beyond customer service. Would absolutely buy from them again!

I received an excellent price on this Penn State cap, which was in excellent used condition when I ordered it. Shipping charges were reasonable and it shipped quickly and arrived on time. Fast shipping. Packing was perfect with a lot of protection from crushing and water. I was wrapped in plastic wrap a couple of times and then placed in a plastic bag with double cardboard to protect it. The print is in great condition and was a fair price. Just as described.
