Item ordered was like new, well above what I had expected. Despite no communication between myself and this seller, I didn't feel the need to reach out as the item was a book ... a bible to be precise. But bible or not, I expect to see markings, etc. unless otherwise duly noted as being new. I received the item in a timely manner, so no issues there. And finally, it was just as it was described. Definitely recommend this seller, and will use again if I have need to.
