Good condition. *This copy contains several signed / inscribed inserts. 1) A playbill signed by Gore Vidal, Norman Mailer, Norris Church Mailer, and Dr. J. Michael Lennon. 2) A letter from one of the authors to the previous owner 3) An illustrated letter to the previous owner, signed by Norman Mailer.
