The previous owner seems not to have written on any of the actual pages of the text, but she has written a lot on the extra pages, before and after the text. There are also some newspaper clippings taped to the inside cover. The text block is yielded. The spine is fragile. See photos for detail of condition

This lovely vendor ran into the wrong address on the eBay system, and my book was returned to them. They messaged me and told me I needed to ensure my eBay home address was correct. Agg, it wasn't. I fixed it, and the vendor re-shipped it, kindly not charging me for the second shipping. The book was exactly as described. I'm delighted to have it and would order from LB May anytime. What I love about this cookbook is that the hardback didn't change the page numbers making it easy to copy notes.
