Package was advertised in Mint Condition, unsealed and on card. However, when it arrived, the items were unsealed and cut open. There was no damage to the item, but it was not mint. When I contacted the seller, the said that Customs may have unsealed the items searching for food, since it was an International Item. The seller apologized and readily refunded to me 50% of my purchase price. I have received other Pez items from other sellers in Japan and they arrived sealed, in mint condition.
