Sonos Connect is a quality product that was in good condition, and had a solid appearance with no marks or scratches, and the price was reasonable so a good value. Also the seller bubble wrapped the product and sent it in a box with additional paper padding to protect it. Lastly shipping was super fast. GREAT seller would recommend and buy from again

This arrived promptly and well packaged. It was clean and in excellent condition. There was a factory sticker proving the upgrade that was advertised. The seller had advertised that the filter wasn’t included, so I had a new one ready to put in. I put in the filter and the machine is working beautifully and quietly. I give this seller the highest marks.
