This is a great machine at a bargain price. It was well-packaged, too. Due to a Fedex foulup at a local facility, it didn't arrive on time, in fact Fedex told us it was lost. Well, the seller must have good contacts with them, because he made them kick out the jams and find it! It arrived without damage to the box of the unit itself. This seller cares about customer service and gets it done. Thank you so much for the extra effort!
