Item came as described. My issue was the lack of proper packaging for this very expensive item. The cardboard box came wet and falling apart, and once I opened the box up, I realized there was absolutely no bubble wrap or padding except for a used bag thrown on top. I was surprised given this sellers good reviews for packaging that this is how a 400 dollar item came in. The box holding the Xbox was also torn.

Well packaged. No visual damage and works as described. It was shipped quickly, infact before the assumed time and I'm very happy . Genuinely no damage I'm so thankful . Thank you :D plus my cat likes the smell of the box . Very worth the price I paid .
