THE ARTIST'S MARRIED LIFE Being That Of ALBERT DURER 1862 Mrs. J.R. Stodart Rare (Antique Book) This is a very early of edition of this book. It is described as a revised edition, with memoir. It was published by James Miller, Successor to C.S. Francis & Co. in New York in 1862 It is also a gorgeous version with an antique textured cover with an embossed seal in the center front and back of the cover. The writing and logo on the spine is in gold letters (gold leaf?). This book measures: 7 1/4" long x 5" wide x 1" thick and weighs 11.5 ounces. This is in very good condition for its age. The cover has slight ware and a small tear on the cover from age. There is some pencil writing on the end page and another end page has the original owners name and date of Dec 25 1862 (also in pencil). There is no other writing or markings in the book. The pages are crisp and clean. The binding is strong and secure. Please view photos for more details.
