The laptop arrived packed with care in mind. It was wrapped in miles of bubble wrap, packing paper and a thick box. It was exactly as described in the listing, except cosmetically better I think. As with anything used, I cleaned it off after opening it, especially because it was for my son. We got some sticker residue off, but other than that, it was great. Very few signs of wear, great specs and very fast. Faster than any one else in the household’s laptop. I will definitely order again.

Seller packaged item fantastically!!! Printer was as described, and I knew it did not have the printer cord but only the power cord, so I had bought the appropriate cord and was able to get the printer up and running right out of the box. Exactly as described and exactly what we needed. Would purchase from this seller again if they have a product that we need. Highly recommend this seller and will recommend to others for sure!!!
