The scanner arrived promptly and well packaged sans case. After a discussion with the seller, he offered to refund $20 for the missing case and we agreed. The seller was easy to communicate with and very reasonable. I would not hesitate to do business again. The scanner had the correct adapter and powered on and successfully linked with the computer. I gave 4 stars on the scanner as the input methods are difficult to use but that might be operator error on my part but it has a manual to read.
