Ultimate Clarity Enhancement An instant upgrade or replacement for the printed electronic circuit used for tone control compensation in your Fisher tube gear. You will immediately hear a difference in clarity and openness when these are installed. This listing is for 2 boards, there are two per stereo preamp. This model PEC is specifically used in The Fisher 400C, 400CX and 400CX-2 preamps, and perhaps many other Fisher integrated amplifiers. The sound improvement is immediately noticeable. The components on this board are the same values and arrangement as appearing on the schematic, so no modifications to the original sound. Where the improvement happens is that these new components are miniature film capacitors and 1% tight tolerance resistors. The original units used ceramic capacitor construction and resistor tolerances were much looser than 1%. Installation is easy, just snip the leads from the original part, insert the leads into the numbered holes and solder. There is also a ground plane built into the new part for additional shielding. A ground wire to the chassis ground shall be soldered into this hole I am showing examples of the new components installed in my Fisher, 400C and 400CX-2 preamps.

Item appears to be a high quality product. These are small and were shipped standard USPS mail, so it took a little longer than a shipping company like FedEx and was not trackable.
