Seller accidentally sent the wrong item, however they were prompt in responding to me and sent the correct item out immediately. Both the item I ordered and the one I received accidentally were packaged immaculately. Seriously, the most professional packaging I've ever seen - better than online retailers. Item was new in box as described. The seller shipped it fairly quickly however it sat at one shipping facility for several days. I don’t think that can be blamed on the seller but it was frustrating anyway.
