1967 bookshelf stereo from a legendary maker. The 95 was a custom, purpose-built, no frills, consumer model featuring an FM-only radio. Few were made due to the high cost ($3K in today's $$). Discontinued when Emerson acquired Fisher in '69. According to legend, the 95 may be seen briefly in the period movie "Almost Famous". Wood Cabinet: Remarkable condition. Dustcover: scratches, nicks, chips but no cracks. Panels: Knob (far right) retained for appearance. BT status LED and "1967" memorial visible in tuner section. Soft-blue LED lamps. Repainted and re-stenciled. Radio: retrofit with digital FM-only tuner. Phono: Garrard 40 MKII turntable serviced to function. Idler reconditioned. Original Pickering cart with new stylus. Works well for age. Amplifier: retrofit new circuitry purpose-built to demonstrate original function. Bluetooth, 20-watt class-D power amps, discrete headphone amp, AUX in and LINE out. Includes speaker wiring and Instruction. Pictures part of description.

This vintage Fisher 95 Compact Stereo is a true gem for collectors—built with quality in mind and rare due to its limited production. The FM-only radio and solid wood cabinet are in excellent shape, with only minor wear on the dustcover. The retro knobs and soft-blue LED add charm, and its rumored movie cameo makes it even cooler. A piece of audio history that still stands out today!
