The Life of Captain Sir Richard F. Burton by his Wife Isabel Burton, 1893, First Edition, Volume 1 only (of 2 volumes), Leather, Unmarked. A tiny note at the top of the front free paper (back side) indicates this Book was bound by W. Roach Co. New York This Volume 1 is in Very Good condition inside and out. The leather cover is in great shape with very pliable leather and bright bold gilding. Extremely light wear. The interior is clean with very light tanning. The pages are flat, unstained and unmarked with gilding in great shape on the top edge. No obvious odors. Please see the photos for more description. I did not have to wait to receive tracking information for my ordered item. Somewhat rare to have the status updated to “Facility Received Package” soon there after. Very fast and as described. Even rarer that the seller affords enough energy and care to make sure your product is safe on its journey. I was astonished at the way my book was packed. The only thing it lacked was a pillow and blanket. :) Without a doubt I would do business with the seller again if the opportunity presents itself.

I really love how the product was packaged. It was raining (and still is). The product was on the porch for about 7 hours before I realized it was there. When I opened the package, it was dry!! Amazing. Kudos to the one who packaged it. The shipping was superb. And the note from the seller was personally signed. I'm very happy with my purchase! Great value too!
