The item was exactly as described, the turnaround was super, super quick, the collectible comic was packaged securely to protect it during transit and the pricing was very fair. Unfortunately, this is my first experience where USPS misplaced or misdelivered my package. However, the seller made all the efforts possible to get the item to me, including shipping it out right away and, once it was deemed missing, contacting USPS to seek its whereabouts. I commend the seller's promptness and professionalism to rectify the situation, which ultimately led to a refund issued.
