I am very satisfied with my purchase of this banjo. It is as described, and was promptly shipped. However, the 'packing' was the worst I have ever seen(because there was NO packing): this $1000, almost 100 year old instrument was(in it's flimsy, original case) simply wrapped in two black plastic garbage bags, then wrapped in tape, with the label. I was appalled when it arrived, and am amazed it was not damaged in transit.

She is even more beautiful than the pictures! Shipping was on time! However, when I received my package the box was really bent up, there was also a good size hole in the side of the box. Don't know if that happened during Shipping. But the doll was still in good shape!

Wrong book was shipped. When I notified them of the error, they apologized and issued an immediate full refund and I didn't have to return the book they had sent. This is customer service at its best!
