never received the product although the packaging was delivered....made the seller aware it was probably a delivery company mishap, but the seller immediately refunded my money it is customer service like this that keeps my coming back to ebay.....i could also see the product was sent the day after I ordered it but the delivery company took almost a week after the intended delivery date to deliver the empty package, again not the fault of the seller. the seller did excellent

Saved our asses this part, we are in the desert and needed this to get the ac running again. After saying it was urgent they sent it priority. This person has wonderful communication and prompt.plugged it in and the ac fired right up, no signs of use. Danm good value, was packed very well and was the piece in the picture.
