The item description included the exact part number, and photos of the actual item, so I knew it was the item I wanted. It arrived on time, and was well packed to prevent damage. I did initially have problems getting it on my network. I reached out to the seller, to let them know I was going to contact Eero support to try and get it working. The seller was responsive, and let me know they would take it back if support couldn't help. I would absolutely buy from this seller again.

Received test unit looking as expected but disappointed it does not function. Being broken was not disclosed in description. However, not all is lost as it will become a donor piece for another similar unit I already have. Thank you for making it available for sale. Packaged well. Will buy from again.
