Item model number was incorrect on the listing. The model listed was for a directv stream box but the item i received was a different model number to be used with satellite TV. Seemless return though and good communication. The item was in excellent condition and packaged well. Shipping time was excellent. Good seller, i just think it was an honest mistake.

Seller has great customer service. The controller got damaged in shipping and I had lost my mail key for almost 2 months but the seller still gave me a refund and responded very quickly. Excellent listing, photos, accurate description. Packing materials and shipping label were fantastic and more than adequate.
