Debra communicated with me promptly. Thank you Debra. Unfortunately for both of us, me the buyer and Debra and her son the sellers, the equipment did not work. It was a used product and may have been damaged during the shipping process? I was truly looking forward to receiving it as it was to replace the same unit I already had, which stopped working. Again, it was unfortunate. Debra refunded me and did not require me to return the item as it is not functional.

My order was suddenly cancelled and my money refunded. NO reason or explanation was given - my order wss just cancelled. I wish that the seller would contact me with an explanation as to why my order was cancelled. This is supposedly a reputable seller, so i am confused as to what happened.
