The item was exactly as described, arrived quickly, and was packaged well. I love this hat and I've had 2 of them for years. I lost one and so I bought another. To my pleasant surprise, the one I just received was a tiny bit bigger than the one I had. I suppose that the one I had must've shrunk a little, possibly from getting rained on.
