As described. Shipped quickly. Well packaged. The item was a broken lab bench linear DC power supply. The defect (clicks and fails to regulate) was observed exactly as described in the listing. I replaced the pots. I think one of the pots was also the wrong value. I discovered a previous rework evidenced by solder flux that had damaged two pads. I repaired the damaged pads as well and tested. The unit now regulates as expected and I calibrated the gauges to match a Fluke. Great refurb.
