This is an excellent laptop that works great and was as listed. The seller was very easy to work with and communicate with. The price was very good. It looks brand new! The only problem was with USPS. They sent the package through their SYSTEM that made no common sense at all. We are 30 miles out of Little Rock and the shipment went by Little Rock TWICE before it finally stopped for 3 day late delivery. That was NOT the sellers fault. Super transaction other wise. SAVED seller for future buys.

While I did return one machine, it was not the seller's fault. It turns out the package got caught in a machine during shipping, and one computer inside the box was damaged. IF the seller had not wrapped the computers exceptionally well, all three would have been damaged. The other two were in great shape. They were also very understanding and prompt about returns. I've used other sellers for this item and Uptekk was the best by far for this item. Clean, well cared for and quality devices.

The PC was shipped quickly and came with the RAM, cpu, and case as described. The only disappointment was that the BIOS was password protected and I am unable to access to check or make changes. This is a big deal to me since I work on PCs and make quite a few changes to hardware and like to check and tweak the settings. I contacted the seller and they were very responsive and offered that I could return it if I was unhappy. The PC was purchased at a good price and so I will keep it.
