I had an extremely smooth transaction. My item was as described. Great shipping/packaged well & priced right. Unfortunately, the subwoofer would not sync up to my sound bar as I just simply need to replace the unit. The materials did have to be taken out of the box for the photos, but everything was in original wrapping with even the recipe book intact. For the price I saw it as, it was worth it for the item to be in new condition. Shipping was fast, it arrived quickly and with no fuss on delivery. I can't wait to start baking with this!

The bread machine was very clean and just as described. It arrived quickly. The packaging was not quite adequate and the front of the bread machine arrived with a dent in it. The dent is fairly minor and didn't affect the functionality so I will keep it. For the price it is a good value even with the small dent.
