Sale was terminated by the seller initially by refund without explanation. After exchanging communication with the seller, it was explained that the computer had been sold inadvertently by the seller's retail store employee. This was obviously a great disappointment! I could do nothing but accept the outcome, only to learn later that the seller had acquired another similar computer at an increased price. Shipping was delayed several days however seller communicated ahead of time that it would be. Packaging was good enough for what I needed the item for. Unit arrived pretty with a couple broken feet during shipping but didn't need them anyhow. Unit arrived as listed meaning it turned ON and for parts. Selling price was right for the condition of the item.
