What an ordeal we had with the USPS! The scans stopped suddenly, and I could finally submit a service request...only to have it closed with no real resolution. The seller was so gracious, kind, and understanding and was just about to send a replacement when suddenly the pckg was out for delivery after almost 2 weeks! These figures were just as described and arrived on time. However, there was a problem during the shipping and some of the figures were broken and others chipped. I reached out to the seller for a solution. I got a response back quickly and they offered a refund which happened right away.
