What a precious volume, one that we believe is the 1945 edition of the World Publishing Company's acclaimed illustrated King James Version Bible, not quite pocket sized, but small enough to be easily carried. The Words of Jesus are in red letters. The original white (now age-darkened a bit) zipper-open/close cover is complete and protects the still-white pages inside. We believe the previous owner kept this gem zippered closed when she was not reading it kept the interior so pristine. Includes several color painting illustrations from the Bible lands as well as being a self-pronouncing edition that Bible readers have come to appreciate so much over the years. The American Civil War Playing Card deck arrived quickly and was expertly packaged, wrapped in corrugated cardboard, inside a zip-sealed plastic bag inside a plastic bubble-wrap mailer. The packaging was so secure It could have been dropped from a low-flying airplane into my front yard and arrived undamaged! The card deck was unopened and in better condition than described in the listing. I can say that OkieGB's Store is an A-1 eBay seller who I would both recommend and make repeat purchases.
