Item never arrived and it took over a month to have it be returned to sender, but no delivery was ever attempted and was never sent to my address. Not sure what the sellers side of the story is, but they were not communicative at all until I asked for my refund, which I received - thanks for that. I just wouldn’t waste my time.

Preamp shipped was not the same one shown in photo. Unit shipped was in far worse condition and different S/N. The preamp had broken source/tape switch which resulted in loss of channel. Seller provided partial refund to offset cost of repair, but would have preferred if the item was more accurately represented on the site.

This Item was shipped fast. The quality Manfrotto head was exactly as discribed. It was in almost new condition. Fairly price and no hassles. Everything worked out great.
