The package was a little late, but I believe part of that was due to USPS and not the seller because it was shipped out from the seller at a reasonable time. Shipping was free though so I can't complain much about that. The seller gave very quick and helpful answers to questions that I asked them. Even though there was a mix-up with the delivery, the seller was able to get the correct item to me in a timely manner. Packing was good, and item was as described. The initial mix-up had me a bit flustered, but the seller was polite. Communication could have been timelier and more concise, but all things considered, I'd be comfortable purchasing from them again.
