Very responsive and polite the whole time. Answered questions about the item even before order. Item was packaged superb with wrap put in a box, than that box was put in a bigger box with packaging in-between making sure nothing can brake. Shipping was very fast and tracking was excellent. Item was exactly as described in pristine condition and the international delivery was really cheap for the distance. If you are considering multiple sources for the item you want, then pick this.

Item arrived in good condition and well packaged. However, delivery within the EU took too long – 14 days from Italy to the Czech Republic. Seller handed the item to the carrier after 7 days. Otherwise, everything was fine.
