Someone purchased this from some store prior, removed the parts & replaced with used / unusable junk bbq parts. Box looked like it was unopened when I received. The vendor would have had no reason to check the box before shipping. Item was refunded by a very understanding & pleasant vendor. All of this was completed very quickly. I would not hesitate to purchase from this store in the future.

Item as described, good packaging (although the box came a little beat up). Shipping took forever once the USPS had the item, but I’m not sure if that was due to the shipping speed chosen by the seller or issues with the USPS. Luckily, I wasn’t in a hurry for the item so the delay wasn’t a big deal, and I think it was an issue with the USPS and not the seller. Overall, great transaction!
