I gave a neutral feedback because this seller is new and probably does not understand she needs to take a picture of (1) item not (2) when selling only (1) item. Ebay also needs to educate new sellers how to cancel an order as I asked for the seller not to mail the item out but to just refund my money. It took time to get this across to the seller. Unfortunately, I beleve it is hard to reach Ebay representatives to ask questions and a new seller or buyer may just give up out of frustration.
