Bought item from seller as it was a item i havent seen before and i like collecting different pokemon related things. Item was well packaged but must of been damaged somehow on the journey from the postage as the watch strap was broken. Seller offered my a full refund if i wanted to return ot or partial due the item damaged and believe i was offered a generous amount but still great value for money. Good communication and resolved quickly! Would buy from seller again :D
