I ordered this because we couldn’t find the original. Than I found it and requested a refund. I stated I had ordered it by mistake, which was the closest reason I could find to why I ordered it. My refund request was denied even though I knew it wasn’t shipped. I reached out to the seller and explained what happened and that I’d be returning it once it arrived. He stated he’d have to wait to receive the funds then do a refund. This took 5 days.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but seller took 11 days to ship and did not reply to my messages asking when they would ship it. Did reply about an error in the description, but that took several days as well.
