Card arrived as described and carefully packed in toploader, bubble mailer, and hard envelope for the journey from Japan to the U.S. It took about 3 weeks from shipping date to arrive but with free shipping and at the price paid for the card, it was well worth the wait. It was delayed since I had to find the nearest UPS store that would hold the package for me. I paid the tariffs online since it was a $10 upcharge if paying the delivery guy in person.

The seller disclosed that they are not selling perfect cards. The card I got had some minor scratches, the card itself had a slight bent and showed some edgewear in the back. I had previous purchases with better quality cards but, as I said, these were properly disclosed in the description so I'm satisfied with my purchase. The package arrived in time, and the card itself was well protected. The price was fair. Would reccomend for collectors.
