This monster allows you to make all cyber dragons become level 5 but you can only special summon machine monsters when this effect activates. If you banish this card than you can protect one cyber dragon from being destroyed. This card will be one step closer to completing your Cyber Dragon deck, summoning Cyberend Dragon , or to use for - Chimeratech Overdragon - Overload Fusion It's also a good way to pair this monster off with Cyber Valley a machine monster that specializes in banishing monsters you already control.
