The seller was proactive in querying not getting feedback, and establishing the item was delayed before I felt the need to raise the issue as it could have just been delayed. Then they were quick to replace it and very helpful in messages. Very impressed with the proactive customer service. The cards were also bundled in the same order as the listing to make it easier to confirm that everything was present.

Had a couple of issues on the Royal Mail side of things, but the seller was quick to respond and immediately sent out a replacement after confirming things on their end. The replacement product arrived quickly as it was sent via a more expensive method at the seller's expense. Product is exactly as described, very pleased with the overall experience.
