Items arrived wrapped in a bubblewrap envelope inside a manilla envelope; nice and secure. Doll hangers were just as described, a nice variety and even tiny clothes pins! Shipping was minimal and I like all the different types of hangers in this lot. I want to teach my granddaughter to take care of her Barbie clothes and am making closets for them. These hangers will really help. Tthanks!

Very easy process. Cup was exactly as described. Shipping was prompt. I wish it would have come with a bit of protective packaging (a layer of foam or packing peanuts) as it could have been dented during shipping. But it was delivered just fine!
